What is a rug checker?

Rug checker: A free tool such as RugCheck that scans a token for signs of a scam before you buy.

It shows whether the creator can still mint tokens or freeze wallets, how much liquidity there is and whether it is locked, and how much the top holders own. It cannot see the creator's history or slow selling, so passing is not a guarantee.
