What is the meme coin season index?
Meme coin season index: A 0-100 number that says whether it is meme coin season: 66+ hot, 33 or less cold.
It averages three ranks against the last 90 days: 7-day launchpad volume, 7-day Solana DEX volume and the week-on-week growth of launchpad volume. Unlike an altcoin season index it ignores Bitcoin and large coins and looks only at where meme coins are born and traded. It is a thermometer, not a buy signal: hot markets also bring more scams.

An index of 28 means meme coin trading is quieter than on most of the last 90 days.
