What is trading volume?

Trading volume: The dollar value of all buys and sells in a period, usually the last 24 hours.

Volume shows real interest. A big market cap with almost no volume usually means nobody is actually trading the token and the price is not real. A volume spike after an influencer post shows how many buyers the post really brought, which is one of the things MemeSonar measures for every call.
