What is a CEX?
CEX (centralized exchange): A classic exchange run by a company, such as Binance, Coinbase or Bybit, where you need an account.
A listing on a big CEX brings new buyers and often moves the price. For long-term tokens MemeSonar also watches how much of the supply sits in exchange wallets: a rising share often means holders are getting ready to sell.
Example
WIF and BONK are listed on most big exchanges.
