What is profit share in copy trading?

Profit share: The share of your profit (usually 10-20%) that goes to the trader you copy on an exchange.

It is charged only on profitable trades. On-chain copy trading charges about 1% on every trade instead, winners and losers alike.

Example

A copied trade makes $100; a lead trader with a 10% share gets $10.
