Best crypto analysis tools in 2026: charts, on-chain data and holder maps

Prices checked 1 November 2026 · 7 tools compared · MemeSonar research
Short answer

Start free: DexScreener or Birdeye for every DEX chart, Bubblemaps for who holds a token, and TradingView's free plan for indicators. Pay only when you need depth: Nansen (from $49/month) for labelled wallets, Dune (from $75/month) for your own queries, Glassnode (from $49/month) for Bitcoin and Ethereum cycle data.

"Analysis" means three different jobs: reading a price chart, reading the blockchain (who buys, who holds, where money flows) and reading the big market cycle. No single tool does all three well, so most traders combine a free chart, a free holder view and at most one paid data tool.

How to choose

  1. Meme coins on Solana: DexScreener or Birdeye for charts and new pairs, Bubblemaps for holder clusters, RugCheck before any buy.
  2. Who is buying: Nansen or Arkham labels; for Solana meme coins, GMGN's wallet pages are free.
  3. Your own questions: Dune lets you write SQL over blockchain data and share dashboards.
  4. Bitcoin and Ethereum cycles: Glassnode's on-chain indicators (exchange flows, holder cost basis).
  5. Technical analysis: TradingView, which also powers the charts inside many crypto apps.

FAQ

What is the best free crypto analysis tool?

DexScreener: every DEX pair on every major chain, live charts, transactions and holders, no account needed. Birdeye is a close alternative with stronger Solana wallet data.

Is TradingView free?

Yes, the Basic plan is free with 2 indicators per chart and 3 price alerts. Paid plans start at $12.95/month billed yearly.

Dune or Nansen?

Dune if you want to build your own analysis (SQL, dashboards); Nansen if you want labelled wallets and ready-made smart money views.

Do I need Glassnode for meme coins?

No. Glassnode is built for Bitcoin and Ethereum market cycles; it says little about a new Solana token.

MemeSonar puts wallet tracking, influencer calls and a rug check on every new Solana token in one app. Invite only.
